Milestone 3 - Doc Signed

•  If Milestone Indicator 3 is green and the Loan Status is 'Doc Signed', the applicant has correctly and completely signed the Loan Documents. 

SUBMISSION AND ADVANCEMENT REQUIREMENTS

• The Dealer can proceed to upload the Home Improvement Contract (HIC), Proposal/System Specifications, and Government issued ID for the Borrower. 
• Note: The Underwriting Team may request additional information as needed.

HOW TO UPLOAD THE HOME IMPROVEMENT CONTRACT

1. Click on the “Upload Contract” button below HIC Uploaded
2. Fill in the required information (marked by a red asterisk).  Upload the required files and click confirm.
