Milestone Indicator 6 tracks the completion of the installation process. Its status reflects the following:
- Black/Gray: Indicates the Dealer has not yet claimed the installation as complete in the Portal.
- Green: Turns green once the Dealer claims installation completion, confirming that the project has reached this milestone.
SUBMISSION AND ADVANCEMENT REQUIREMENTS
- The Dealer will utilize "Claim Completion" to submit the required documentation to indicate that the install has been completed.
- The Underwriting Team will be notified via Zendesk and begin reviewing the uploaded photos and/or documents.
- Please note: At this stage, the Dealer must affirm that PTO has been applied for.
HOW TO CLAIM COMPLETION
- Click on the "Claim Completion" link below Milestone Indicator 6.
- Ensure all three toggle buttons are activated (green).
- Check the box to affirm the PTO application.
- Upload the required documentation.
- Fill out the text fields.
- Click submit.
