Permission to Operate, Milestone 8, is the last Milestone Indicator in the Portal. It will remain gray/black until PTO is claimed.
SUBMISSION AND ADVANCEMENT REQUIREMENTS
- The Dealer will utilize the "Claim PTO" link found under Milestone Indicator 8.

The Underwriting Team will be notified via Zendesk that PTO has been claimed and will begin the review process.

- PTO Approved - the loan will remain in PTO status.
- PTO Not Approved - the loan status will be reverted to "Funded"

- As per the Partnership Contract, after 90 days without PTO, Almika has the ability to offset the entire project.
HOW TO CLAIM PTO
- Click the Milestone Indicator for "PTO Complete/Claim PTO".
- Change the indicator to confirm "This project has PTO".
- Upload the PTO letter using the "Upload PTO Letters" button.
- Fill out the First and Last Name fields with the name of the Dealer Agent
- For "PTO Achieved Date", use the date listed in the PTO letter.
