- If the Milestone Indicators are gray/black and Loan Status is set to ‘Cancelled’, the loan will not move forward.
- Loans may be cancelled for the following reasons:

- Direct Request: The applicant can contact the Dealer directly or Almika Customer Service to request cancellation.

- If the request is made to Almika Customer Service:

- Almika Customer Service will notify the Dealer of the Customer's intent to cancel.
- If no response is received from the Dealer within 3 days of the request, the loan will be cancelled.

- If the request is made to Almika Customer Service:

- Withdrawal of Application: The applicant can formally withdraw their loan application before approval.
- Non-Agreement to Terms: If the applicant does not agree to the final terms or conditions presented in the loan agreement, the loan will be cancelled.
- Direct Request: The applicant can contact the Dealer directly or Almika Customer Service to request cancellation.

Once a loan has been cancelled, it cannot be reinstated. A new loan application must be submitted.
