If the Milestone Indicators are gray/black and the Loan Status is "Credit Expired"; this indicates the deal was "Loan Approved" but did not progress due to either:
- Missing an approved HIC or supporting documentation within the required timeframe, preventing NTP, or
- NTP being granted, but the Dealer failed to claim "Install Completed" within the specified timeframe.
Once the status moved to "Credit Expired", a notification is automatically sent to the Dealer via Zendesk and a new loan application must be submitted.
