Purpose
To provide great service for customers who are only available outside standard business hours while maintaining professionalism and preparedness.
Standard Protocol
- Almika operates in Central Standard Time (CST).
- Standard hours: 9 AM – 5 PM CST.
- If a customer requests a call after 5 PM CST, we can absolutely accommodate - just ask, “Does tomorrow at [time] work so I can schedule the call and have someone online for you?”
After-Hours Availability
- We have a dedicated employee available for after-hours calls from 5 PM to 8:30 PM CST on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday.
- For any other day, calls must be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance.
Important Notes
- We cannot guarantee same-day, short-notice calls after hours.
- For reps to request a call "in 10 minutes" or on-the-fly is not feasible.
- Instead, set the expectation clearly and offer a scheduled time to avoid disappointing the customer.
