Direct Pay is our fast and easy way to help you get materials delivered directly to your job site. We handle the backend so you can focus on completing installs. Follow the steps below to make sure everything flows smoothly.

Direct Pay Process for Dealers

1. Get a Quote from the Distributor
   Communicate with the distributor you want to use for Direct Pay and request a quote that includes all necessary items for the specific job. Keep the quote handy. You will attach it when you submit your PO to Almika.
2. Send the Purchase Order to Almika
   Preferred Method: Submit Your PO Form Here
   Email submissions may still be sent to [e-mail].
   Important: Please complete all required fields and attach the distributor quote. Form submissions are preferred and help avoid delays.
3. Almika Review and Approval
   Almika will review your submitted PO. Once approved, we will send a confirmation and forward the PO to the distributor for fulfillment.
4. Delivery to the Job Site
   You will coordinate directly with the distributor to schedule delivery. Almika will confirm delivery and issue payment to the distributor.
5. Complete the Installation
   Install the system using the delivered materials and submit for completion through the Almika Portal.
6. Receive Final Payment
   After Almika Underwriting approves the submitted photos, we will issue your final payment minus the cost of your PO.

Key Rules

• Materials must be delivered to the service address. No pickups allowed.
• Dealers have two (2) weeks to install once materials are delivered.
• Materials purchased through Direct Pay may only be used for the approved job and cannot be transferred to another project.
• Delivery must be confirmed with photos.
• Damaged items are the dealer’s responsibility.
• No rush orders, partial shipments, or second orders.
• Payment is triggered only after confirmed delivery.
• Monthly volume requirement of ten (10) installs per month to remain eligible for Direct Supply Program.
