Deliverable 3: Notice to Proceed (Project Acceptance)

DEADLINE: Within 60 days of Consumer Acceptance.

INSTALLER DELIVERABLES:

1. Loan Document Signatures: Ensure the Almika Renewable Finance loan document is completed and signed. This status will be real-time updated in the portal.
2. HIC/Proposal Upload: Ensure the home improvement contract (HIC) and the Proposal are uploaded in the portal. All customer information should match the portal and be eligible per the “Loan  Eligibility Requirements” section.

ALMIKA DELIVERABLES:

1. Welcome Call Complete: Almika has spoken to the customer to confirm loan validity and bank account verification.
2. NTP Granted: Notice to Proceed granted in the Almika Portal.

Important Note: DO NOT START any installation per quote until the "NTP Granted" milestone indicator is highlighted in green (Almika Portal).  This confirms your awareness of any necessary changes or corrections for the quote BEFORE installation begins.
