Deliverable 5: Cleared for Funding

DEADLINE: Sooner of five (5) business days of the Installation being cleared for funding or per the Onboarding Guide.

ALMIKA DELIVERABLES:

1. Almika has spoken to the customer to confirm installation completion and satisfaction of services (Satisfaction Call).

100% of Installer Price, less $2500 is paid at the completion of this Milestone/Deliverable.  $2500 will be held from total payment until PTO is validated.

This corresponds to Milestone 5 in Exhibit B: Form of Program Specification found in the Dealer Contract.
