PPW Cap and Loan Adder Criteria

Price per Watt (PPW) Cap:	$6.50
Allowed in Loan but Not Subject PPW Cap:	Re-Roofing Backup energy storage system (BESS) Batteries Generators Solar Insure or equivalent Third-Party Warranty MPU (Up to $3,500)
Total Adder Cap:	15% of total loan for Minor Adders 40% of total loan for Major Adders No project may have more than 40% of the total loan attributed to Minor and Major Adders combined. Proposals that include more than 40% of the total loan in Minor and Major Adders will be rejected Example: A project with Minor Adders equal to 10% of the total loan may only also include Major Adders up to 30% of the total loan.
Minor Adder Cap:	15% of total loan
Examples of Minor Adders:	Line side taps Energy management components (e.g., Speed Joule) Tree cutting / tree trimming Thermostat replacement Subpanel Trenching Solar attic fans Additional electrical work Relocation of electrical box Foundation pads related to system Surge protectors Combiner Attic runs Charging station for car Critter guard Aerosol or other weather seals Attic insulation improvements (All adders need to be necessary or required to enable the proper operation of the customer's solar and/or energy storage system)
Major Adder Cap:	40% of total loan (less any Minor Adders)
Major Adders:	Reroofs Solar Insure or equivalent Third-Party Warranty Generators
Permitted but Excluded from Adder Cap Calculation:	Batteries  Backup Energy Storage System (BESS)  Main Panel Upgrades (MPU)
Adders Not Allowed:	Adders that cannot be financed with Almika Renewable Finance: Cash rebate Water fixtures HVAC units Water heaters Wind turbine generators Identity theft protection Portable generators LED lights Home improvement projects (Any of these items will cause the project to be rejected and violate the terms of your Partnership Agreement with Almika Renewable Finance, which when discovered may result in adverse action taken against the originating installer.)
