PROPOSAL DESIGN FLAGS
- If the proposal seems to be incorrect the project will be flagged. A second confirmation with the Dealer will take place before NTP can be granted.

- Example Verbiage: "We flagged your proposal for potential design issues. Please rectify the below:"

- Common Issues:

- Panels overlap ridges, eves, hips, or covering a vent or pipe
- Designing the proposal on the wrong house
- Failure to report production on the proposal
- Failure to have a system design on the proposal
- Add-on systems- where the existing and new system are not clearly called out and we need clarification

EFFICIENCY THRESHOLD
- If the efficiency of system is under 1,250 kWh/KW the project will be flagged due to lack of solar efficiency. A second confirmation with the Dealer will take place before NTP can be granted.

- Example Verbiage: "We flagged your project for an inefficient system being less than 1,250 kWh/KW. Please confirm that your proposal has taken into account shading and production correctly. Please confirm that the project has been confirmed with the customer of this issue."

CONSUMPTION FLAGS
- If the proposal has flat or lacking seasonal information the project will be flagged. A second confirmation with the Dealer will take place before NTP can be granted.
- Example Verbiage: "We flagged your project for flat or lacking seasonal information. Please confirm that your proposal has incorporated usage that reflects the customers usage. Please confirm that the project has been confirmed with the customer of this issue."
