1. House from street

• Must include visible street numbers to verify property location.

2. All roof surfaces before installation

• Wide shot showing all areas where arrays will be installed.

3. All roof surfaces after installation

• Wide shot showing installed arrays; should match the planned layout.

4. All outdoor equipment (wide shot)

• Show layout and connection between outdoor devices (e.g., meter, inverter, disconnects).

5. All indoor equipment (wide shot)

• Show layout and connection between indoor components (e.g., breaker box, controller).

6. Rail wire management before panels installed

• Photo of the wiring before modules are mounted on the rails.

7. Rail wire management after panels installed

• Photo taken under the panels showing that wires are secure and not hanging.

8. Ground rods

• Clear photo of all installed grounding rods (if required by system design or local code).

9. Optimizer/Microinverter map

• Must be clearly legible and match the array layout; illegible photos delay processing.
• Notice: Labeled in Almika Portal as "Panel Serial Numbers".

10. Junction box (if attic run)

• Labeled by location, showing proper installation according to code.

11. Module model

• Clear, legible photo of the back of a solar module to verify model number.

12. Inverter model spec sticker / Combiner box

• Photo of inverter sticker or combiner box to verify inverter model matches monitoring SN.

Additional Photos (If Applicable)

13. Major shading obstructions

• Document trees, poles, or other objects that could affect solar production.

14. Trenching (Ground Mount only)

• Photos of trench before and after backfill, per permit requirements.

15. Pre-existing property damage

• Document any damage before starting installation (optional, but no photo = no prior damage).

16. Damage caused during installation

• Document any accidental installation damage (optional, but no photo = no damage occurred).

17. Add-ons (battery, generator, etc.)

• Photos of any additional installed products.

18. Proof of PTO Application

• Photo of PTO application sent out.
